Hello and Welcome to my Second Grade Class Blog. This is where you will see everything that is going on in my classroom. I will post lesson plans here and anything that goes on in class that I feel everyone should know.

This is the first week of class so nothing big has happened. The students are great so far. They all are so wonderful.

We are going to be learning a lot of information this first unit. They will be learning about adding and subtracting fractions with common denominators. In science they will be learning about light and they will have several experiments. In english there are many short stories we will be reading and we will be learning about adjectives and adverbs. In art, music, and PE they are having a great time.
